French public tenders · construction, finishing trades, electronic security

“I answer tenders by hand, and some slip through.”

Every morning, the tenders that concern you, scored against the contracts you have already won. For each tender, the list of requirements with their page, and what your bid is still missing.

The aim: handle more public tenders without adding headcount. The system reads the tender documents and lists the requirements. Your design office decides, writes the technical proposal and signs.

The morning monitoring

Every morning, the tenders worth your time

I collect the published notices every day and score them against what you already know how to win. You open a single message, and you know which tender documents to download.

  • Collection, every day, from BOAMP, TED and the French public procurement open data (DECP), filtered on your départements and your trades.
  • A score from 0 to 3 for each notice, based on the contracts you have already won: the buyer, the type of contract, the amount, the procedure, the words of the subject. A score looks wrong? You correct it by hand.
  • Your competitors' contracts coming to an end, spotted in the public procurement data: you see the next tender coming.
  • The daily briefing at 7 am, and an automatic check at 7.30 am that warns you if the briefing hasn't gone out.
  • A summary on Monday, so the team can decide which bids to put together that week.

Reading the tender documents

Every requirement in the tender, with its page

Tender rules (règlement de consultation), technical specifications (CCTP), administrative terms (CCAP), appendices: the system reads every document in the tender pack and checks it against what you already have. You know what's missing before you write the first line.

  1. 1Your documents indexed, on your premises
References, certificates, qualifications, staff and equipment, technical proposals already submitted: your company documents are indexed on site.
  2. 2Every requirement extracted
Each requirement is listed with its file, its page and its article. You go back to the source without searching.
  3. 3The bid on one side, the site on the other
What must go into the bid submission is separated from what applies on site. You build the bid from the first list, and prepare delivery from the second.
  4. 4The compliance matrix
Each requirement is classed as compliant, gap or to be decided. A gap is declared on a compared number (a lead time, a power rating, a headcount, an insurance amount): two sentences that look alike are not enough.
  5. 5Named validation
Each line is validated by a named person on your team, and every validation is logged. You know who decided what, and when.
  6. 6A Word file in your template
The matrix and the list of documents to supply arrive in a Word file in your template. The technical proposal stays with your design office: it writes it and it signs it.

Frequently asked questions

What I'm asked before signing

I already have a public tender alert. What's the difference?

An alert sends you the notices that contain your keywords, and leaves you to read everything. Here, each notice is scored against the contracts you have already won, then the tender you keep is read document by document: you receive the list of requirements with their page, and what your bid is still missing.

Does the tool write the technical proposal for me?

No. It lists the requirements, checks them against your documents and prepares the compliance matrix. Your design office writes the technical proposal (mémoire technique) and signs it: it knows your sites, and its work is what the buyer scores.

Where do my documents go?

The application, your documents and the monitoring can be installed on your own server. Calls to the AI model go through a secure interface, under a GDPR agreement. Nothing is sent to a buyer without your validation.

What size of company is this for?

For companies that bid regularly for public contracts: construction, finishing trades, electronic security, with a design office or a person in charge of bids. If you rarely bid, I'll tell you on the scoping call: the project wouldn't pay off for you.

How long does it take to get started?

The Scan is delivered within 5 working days of receiving access. The project schedule is written down with the firm price, based on your documents and the contracts you follow.

How many tenders are slipping through?

In 30 minutes on the phone, we look at your contracts, your départements and how you bid. You leave with a clear view of what the monitoring and the reading of tender documents can give you back.
