4. Intellectual property

All elements making up the alphacor.fr website (structure, text, logos, the “AlphaCor” brand, graphics, visuals, code and interactive elements) are the exclusive property of AlphaCor or are used under authorisation, and are protected by intellectual property law.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation, in whole or in part, of these elements, by whatever means or process, is prohibited without AlphaCor's prior written authorisation. Any unauthorised use may constitute an infringement under articles L.335-2 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code.

5. Personal data (GDPR)

Information submitted via the contact form or by email (name, company, contact details, message) is collected solely to respond to your request and to follow up the business relationship. It is never passed on or sold to third parties.

  • Data controller: AlphaCor, contact@alphacor.fr
  • Purpose: responding to enquiries, managing the client relationship and prospecting on the basis of legitimate interest.
  • Retention period: 3 years from the last contact.
  • Data hosting: France (European Union). No client data is used to train public artificial intelligence models.

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the French “Informatique et Libertés” law, you have a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability over your data. You can exercise these rights by writing to contact@alphacor.fr. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.

Data entrusted as part of an engagement. Data that a client entrusts to AlphaCor for the performance of a service is covered by a separate data-processing agreement, compliant with article 28 of the GDPR, signed before any processing begins. It sets out the processing carried out, the list of any sub-processors and the location of the data, the security measures applied (server dedicated to the client, named accounts, logging, encrypted daily backup) and the procedure to follow in the event of a data breach. A confidentiality agreement is signed before any exchange of documents, from the study phase onwards.

6. B2B business prospecting

To offer its services to executives and companies, AlphaCor also processes data not collected directly from the individuals concerned. In accordance with article 14 of the GDPR:

  • Data controller: AlphaCor, contact@alphacor.fr
  • Data processed: for the company, its registered name and SIREN number; for its principal executive, the surname, first name, role and year of birth; the generic email address published by the company or its contact form; public facts about the company.
  • Sources: public registers (the French national business register and the SIRENE database, via the recherche-entreprises.api.gouv.fr public API), key public-procurement data (DECP), the company's public website, public measurements of that website's performance. No data is purchased or scraped from social media.
  • Purpose: offering AlphaCor's services to professionals, in connection with their role.
  • Legal basis: legitimate interest (article 6.1.f of the GDPR), the CNIL framework for B2B electronic prospecting.
  • Retention period: 3 years from the last contact; immediate deletion on objection, with a suppression list kept so the person is not contacted again.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection at any time (replying "stop" to a message is enough), and the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

7. Cookies and audience measurement

This website uses Matomo, a self-hosted audience measurement tool hosted in France, configured without cookies and with IP address anonymisation. No data is passed to third parties. In accordance with CNIL recommendations, this setup is exempt from consent.

8. Hyperlinks

The website may contain links to third-party sites. AlphaCor exercises no control over these sites and accepts no responsibility for their content or for any use made of it.

9. Liability

AlphaCor strives to ensure the accuracy and currency of the information published on the website, without being able to guarantee its completeness. The information and prices shown are given for guidance only and may change. AlphaCor cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damage resulting from access to or use of the website.

10. Governing law

This legal notice is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, jurisdiction is given to the competent courts of Nice.
