Offers and pricing

What I do,
and how the price is set.

Seven offers, each with the result it measures. The scoping call is free, and the firm price of the project is handed to you in writing, valid for 60 days. You then decide, on your own figures.

Free · 30 min · You leave with an order of magnitude

How the price is set

The scoping call, 30 minutes, is free. I then hand you, in writing, the scope and the firm price of the project, valid for 60 days. Only the AI visibility audit has a published price: €490 excl. VAT. 30% deposit on order, the balance on delivery. For several companies, the scope is also costed on the scoping call.

The measurement is part of the project. The free scoping call lasts 30 minutes: it tells you whether the subject is worth pursuing in your business, and it sets the scope. Your hours are measured at the start of the project, on site when that helps. The baseline measurement is part of the project: it is never billed separately.

Every project depends on your tools, your volumes and what is really costing you: that's why its price is set after the scoping call. If the smallest project is enough, I'll tell you, even if it means selling you less. If there's nothing worth fixing, I'll tell you that too.

How I work: Scoping, Sprint, Pilot

No drawn-out consulting engagement, no vague quote. A three-step journey, and a firm price before every commitment.

Step 1 · Scoping

The scoping call

30 minutes, free. We look at what is costing you, I tell you whether the subject is worth pursuing in your business, then I hand you, in writing, the scope and the firm price of the project, valid for 60 days, before you commit to anything.

Free, then the firm price of the project in writing, valid for 60 days

Step 2 · Sprint

A fixed-scope project delivered in 2 to 6 weeks

A closed scope, a fixed price, delivered in 2 to 6 weeks: online shop, public tenders, business steering, management software, automation or website. The baseline measurement is part of the project: it is never billed separately. The result is measured on delivery.

Firm price handed over in writing after the scoping call, valid for 60 days

Step 3 · Pilot

The optional monthly plan that keeps everything running

Optional. I supervise, correct and continuously improve. Every month: one improvement and a review of your figures, together.

Optional monthly subscription, cancellable with 30 days' notice; its price is handed over with the price of the project

Included in every sprint, at no extra cost

A fixed price, but also fixed guarantees. What follows is never billed on top.

Tuning

30 days of tuning after delivery

We adjust the system against your real cases for a month, at no extra cost. The Pilot only comes after that, if you want us to keep working together.

Ownership

What is built for you is yours

Your data stays yours. What is developed for you is assigned to you once paid; my reusable components are licensed to you for use. If you leave, your systems keep running, with their documentation in English.

Security

Your data, under contract and your choice

Confidentiality agreement before the first document, GDPR agreement before the first connection. You set the bar: 100% France, from hosting to the AI model, or a lower-cost provider if price matters more. That choice is written into the contract. No per-run cost: you pay for the install, not every time it fires.

Control

The system prepares, you approve

On anything that commits the business, the human stays in control: the AI prepares the action, you approve it. Clearer limits than those of a temp.

What about hosting? Three options, you choose.

And to keep it running long term? The Pilot

The Pilot is an optional monthly subscription, cancellable with 30 days' notice; its price is handed over with the price of the project. Every month, I supervise your systems, fix what needs fixing and make one improvement, with a review of your figures, together. If you stop, your systems keep running, and what was developed for you stays yours.

Several companies, or an SME with several teams?

The Group tier: one steering system, not a stack of tools

When you run several companies in the same group, the real pain is knowing where things stand, activity by activity, without waiting for the year-end accounts. There, the standard offers aren't enough any more: every group is different. Same logic for an established SME, with departments, volumes and tools that have nothing of a small business about them: the scope is costed on the scoping call, not off a catalogue.

What I look at

Your companies seen as a whole

The double entry between your tools, the consolidated steering of your activities, the admin tasks that repeat from one company to another, and what your current software doesn't show when you look at it all together. We start from what you already have, not a Rube Goldberg machine.

How it works

A scoping call, then a costed plan

Scoping your companies is the starting point: I hand you a written scope for the whole group and the firm price of the project, valid for 60 days. The detailed mapping, in hours and euros recoverable, is part of the first project. You then decide, company by company or as one block.

The scope is costed on the scoping call

A group calls for more than a single company: the same work repeated company by company, plus the layer that only exists for you, the cross-company double entry and the aggregated steering. That's why the scope is costed on the scoping call. In practice, a group almost always starts with a first visible project that pays for the ones after it, rather than one big project all at once. We move forward in stages, each one measured.

Budget questions

What I get asked about pricing

Why aren't your project prices published?

Because every project depends on your tools: an online shop, a management software package or five programs to connect aren't the same job. A price written in advance would be wrong for most of you. After the free scoping call, I hand you a firm price, written down and valid for 60 days, before any commitment.

How much does AI cost for a small business or SME?

It depends on what is costing you, and that's what the scoping call is for. It is free and lasts 30 minutes. I then hand you, in writing, the scope and the firm price of the project, valid for 60 days. The baseline measurement is part of the project: it is never billed separately. The AI visibility audit costs €490 excl. VAT.

What if I don't go ahead after the scoping call?

Nothing to pay. The call is free, and the firm price I hand you stays valid for 60 days: you decide whenever you like, with me, on your own, or with someone else.

I run several companies, how is that costed?

Not off a catalogue, and that's deliberate. When several companies share the same tools and repeat the same tasks, there's cross-company double entry and consolidated steering on top. The scope is therefore costed on the scoping call, for all your companies, and the firm price of the project is handed to you in writing, valid for 60 days. You then decide company by company, or as one block.

Is there a lock-in on the Pilot?

No minimum term. The Pilot is an optional monthly subscription, cancellable with 30 days' notice; its price is handed over with the price of the project. If you stop, your systems keep running, what was developed for you stays yours, and so does the documentation.

30 minutes to cost out your project, free of charge.
