It looks nice, but it does nothing
No appointment booking, no answers to questions, no qualification: the visitor looks… and leaves to call a competitor.
Site 2026 practice · Three packages, from the plain brochure site to e-commerce · 1 to 6 weeks
A website in 2026 is no longer a brochure: it answers questions, qualifies enquiries, books appointments and sells, at 2am as much as on a Sunday in August. And it's visible where your customers now look: on Google and in ChatGPT's answers.
This is for you if…
No appointment booking, no answers to questions, no qualification: the visitor looks… and leaves to call a competitor.
Your future customers ask ChatGPT or Google AI "who's the best at what you do, in your town". If your site isn't structured to be cited, you don't exist in the answer.
Every product page takes 30 minutes. The descriptions all look alike, the photos drag on, new items wait for weeks.
How much it costs
I size the site to your real need: simple when that's enough, ambitious when it's warranted. Three packages, from €1,000 to €20,000 excl. VAT depending on scope: a plain brochure site from €1,000, an AI-augmented site from €4,900, a bespoke e-commerce build from €9,500 to €20,000. Delivered in 1 to 6 weeks. If the smallest package is enough, I'll tell you, even if it means selling you less.

A clean website, findable on Google, up to date
Delivered in 1 to 2 weeks. For a tradesperson, a shop or a small business that just needs a clean website, like the campsite snack bar that wants its menu and phone number online.
Not included: AI assistant, automated appointment booking, online shop, AI visibility (GEO).
from €4,900 excl. VAT
A site that qualifies, answers and books appointments, day and night
Delivered in 3 to 4 weeks. For the SME that wants a website that works: it qualifies, answers and books appointments, at 2am as much as on a Sunday.
Not included: online shop and payment, heavy integration with a line-of-business system: that's the next tier.
9,500 to 20,000 € excl. VAT
A shop connected to your stock, your till and your CRM
Delivered in 4 to 6 weeks. For e-commerce or a business with line-of-business software (stock, till, CRM) and tasks to automate.
The scope is framed at the Scan, not a one-size-fits-all package: I cost what you actually need.
A €1,000 site and a €20,000 site don't do the same job: one makes you visible, the other sells, takes payment and connects to your software. Price follows scope, never the other way round. At the scoping call, I tell you which one is enough for you, even if it means steering you towards the smaller package. The bespoke shop is never sold to someone who just needs a plain brochure site.
Do you run several companies, with a site per activity? The project isn't priced off a catalogue: the Group Scan starts at €2,900 excl. VAT, and it's what sets the scope and hands you the firm price of the project, valid for 60 days. See the Group tier

That's the share of traffic from organic search reached within the first 3 months on the estate agency website I built, where listings publish themselves, live within 4 weeks. And on the e-commerce side: the shop I run gets close to 100,000 visitors a month, with 400 new products going online every month with no manual entry.
New brochure site and online booking: our customers book appointments themselves, even on Sunday evening. We gained on image, and above all on time spent on the phone.

Frequently asked questions
Both happen. At the Scan, we assess what's worth keeping (content, existing rankings, images): sometimes a redesign is smarter, sometimes starting clean costs less. I give you both costings, you choose.
Yes, it's even a design requirement. Text, photos, products, prices: everything can be changed without touching the code, and the 2-hour training session is included. For everything else, the Pilot plan takes care of it.
It's trained only on your approved information, with guardrails: what it doesn't know, it doesn't make up, it offers to pass the question on. You review and approve its scope before it goes live, and every conversation can be viewed.
The technical foundation ships with the site (structure, speed, local data). The first effects are generally seen within 2 to 4 months depending on local competition, and progress is shown in your cockpit, not in an opaque report.
Because an honest order of magnitude before we've even spoken saves you time, and me too. The three amounts match the three scopes I meet most often, and the gap between them isn't a matter of finish: a brochure site makes you visible, a connected shop sells, takes payment and talks to your software. Price follows scope, never the other way round, and it becomes fixed once the scope is written down. If the smallest package is enough, I'll tell you, even if it means selling you less.
Not off a price list. Several companies rarely means several independent websites: you need to decide what stays common (the brand, the templates, the hosting) and what should be kept separate, activity by activity. The Group Scan therefore starts at €2,900 excl. VAT, it covers all your companies, and the firm price of the project is handed to you with the diagnostic, valid for 60 days. The scope and quote for the project are set at the end of this diagnostic, and you then decide company by company or as a block. This is the Group tier.
