Marketing, Sales & CRM · Sales Machine · 3 to 4 weeks

A pipeline that fills itself even while you're delivering.

When there's work on, you don't prospect. When the order book empties, it's too late. The Sales Machine sets up a clean CRM, prospecting and follow-up sequences that run themselves, and advertising tracked by cost per client, not per click.

This is for you if…

Does your revenue look like a rollercoaster?

Prospecting always comes last

It lives in the quiet patches, which means never at the right time. The result: sawtooth revenue that drains your cash flow and your nerves.

Contacts are scattered everywhere

A notebook, three spreadsheets, the inbox, business cards: nobody knows who's been contacted, when, and what they said.

Leads go cold

An inbound enquiry sometimes waits two days for a reply. Yet a prospect called back within 5 minutes is around 21x more likely to qualify than one called back after 30 minutes.

What you get

A complete sales system, in your hands

  • A CRM set up and configured for your trade (Pipedrive, HubSpot or Brevo depending on your size): visual pipeline, contacts imported and de-duplicated, centralised history.
  • Immediate replies to inbound enquiries: smart acknowledgement, automatic qualification, a slot proposed, in minutes, not days.
  • 2 automated sequences: outbound prospecting (short, personalised emails, compliant with the French B2B framework) and follow-up on dormant quotes (day 3, day 8, day 15, with an alert when the prospect reopens the quote).
  • Simple scoring: your 10 hottest prospects at the top of the pile every morning.
  • Optional advertising: campaigns linked to the CRM and tracked by cost per client signed, so you finally know what every euro invested brings back.
  • The weekly tracking dashboard: how many contacts, meetings, quotes, signatures. Sales become a number you manage, not a lottery.

  3. 3Week 3, Automation
Immediate replies to inbound enquiries, scoring, alerts, connection to the website and inbox.
  4. 4Week 4, Measured launch
First real sends, adjustments, training, tracking dashboard switched on.

That's the difference in the odds of qualifying a prospect between a reply in 5 minutes and a reply in 30 minutes (Lead Response Management Study). Most small businesses reply within hours, sometimes days. Replying fast is the cheapest advantage there is, and it can be automated. And I apply what I sell: I built this machine for AlphaCor first, and I'll show it to you when we meet.

How much it costs

How much does the Sales Machine cost?

I size the project to your real need: simple when that's enough, ambitious when it's worth it. €4,900 excl. VAT is the amount for the most common case, a CRM set up and sequences running, delivered in 3 to 4 weeks. The exact scope is fixed at the Scan (€890 excl. VAT), which hands you the firm price of the project, valid for 60 days. If the smaller project is enough, I'll tell you, even if it means selling you less.

Sales Machine

€4,900 excl. VAT

Your CRM set up, your prospecting and follow-up sequences running on their own

Scope written at the Scan, then a fixed price: delivered in 3 to 4 weeks, your team trained. CRM licences are billed by the software vendor, not by me (from €0 to around €50 per user per month depending on the tool, and I'll point you to the simplest one that's enough). Ongoing optimisation of the sequences is the core of the Growth Pilot subscription (€1,490 excl. VAT/month).

Running several companies? This kind of project isn't priced off a catalogue: the Group Scan starts at €2,900 excl. VAT, and it's what sets the scope and hands you the firm price of the project, valid for 60 days. See the Group tier

The follow-ups go out without me having to think about it. The pipeline isn't a sawtooth any more.

Frequently asked questions

What people ask me before signing

Is automated prospecting legal?

In B2B, yes, under conditions: the message must relate to the recipient's role, there must be a clear opt-out, and the data must be collected properly. I set everything up within that framework (and I turn down dubious bought-in lists: it's illegal and it doesn't work).

I've never used a CRM, and neither has my team.

That's planned for: I choose the simplest tool that covers your needs, I configure it so there's almost nothing to type in (the automations fill the pipeline), and training is included. If your team has to fight the tool, that's my failure, not theirs.

Will it feel robotic to my prospects?

The sequences are written in your tone, kept short, and personalised with real information about the prospect. The point isn't to take over your sales relationship, it's to make sure it actually starts, instead of dying in a 'call back one day' list.

Why €4,900 and not a quote, like everyone else?

Because an honest ballpark figure before we've even spoken saves you time, and me too. €4,900 excl. VAT covers the most common scope: the CRM set up and populated, the prospecting and follow-up sequences live, and cost-per-client tracking in place. The exact scope is fixed at the Scan, and the price becomes fixed once it's written down. If the smaller project is enough, I'll tell you, even if it means selling you less.

I run several companies, how does that get priced?

Not off a catalogue. When several companies are prospecting the same pools of clients, the question becomes the shared contact file, access rights between entities and consolidated reporting: it's a different kind of project. The Group Scan therefore starts at €2,900 excl. VAT, it covers all of your companies, and the firm price of the project is handed to you with the diagnostic, valid for 60 days. The scope and quote for the project are set once that diagnostic is done, and you then decide company by company or as a block. That's the Group tier.

How many quotes are sitting dormant in your pipeline right now?

30 minutes on the phone, free: you leave with your costing in hours and in euros. Or count your lost hours in 30 seconds.
